EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
1. Completed nursing training (Staff Nurse only)
2. Current NMC Registration (Staff Nurse only)
3. NVQ training and relevant healthcare experience in relevant role

Good interpersonal skills
Awareness of current professional nursing issues
Own professional/career development/training
Ability to manage self in a demanding environment
Ability to reflect and learn from experience and update oneself

OTHER SKILLS
Physical fit to carry out duties
